OUR BASIC NON-DENOMINATIONAL, CHRISTIAN. FULL GOSPEL,
PENTECOSTAL, BIBLE DOCTRINAL STATEMENT OF FAITH:

IMPORTANT NOTE:

You must agree with our basic Christian statements of Faith and the doctrine of the Cross in order to receive ordinations, charters, or etc. through this ministry, but not for our general site membership. Anyone may join, believers or not.  NOTE: At this time we are now issuing Ordinations, Charters, and Good Standing Letters to those who qualify.

THE DOCTRINE OF THE CROSS:

The doctrine of Jesus, Yashuah, dying on the Cross of Calvary and what He accomplished while there is the basis of everything we receive from God in all areas of our life and our authority in God to live and function as a child of God and minister of God victoriously. If the Cross is rejected or minimized to the extent of ineffectiveness or ridicule, then we have no hope in this life or the one to come. Rejection of the Cross constitutes apostasy and more. The apostle Paul said, "I know nothing among save Jesus Christ and Him crucified." If it wasn't for the Cross of Calvary and what happened there, we would all be lost. We must needs preach Jesus Christ and Him crucified as the Word of God says. Therefore:

Our faith is in:

Jesus Christ,
The Cross of Jesus Christ,
the completed work of the Cross of Christ
and His Redemption,
Jesus Christ is the source,
the Cross is the means.

Our Basic Doctrinal Statement: (which includes the Doctrine of the Cross above)

The doctrinal statement of The Amen - Full Gospel Fellowship International Free Church , Full Gospel Bible Institute International Online, A Free Church Bible Institute, and the Harvestime International Network focuses on the spiritual principles of harvest revealed in God's Word.

Being a non-denominational Christian Full Gospel ministry and Bible Institute, we feel to keep our doctrinal statement simple and basic and in line with basic Christian and Full Gospel doctrine. In this focus we can offer Biblical training, ordination, and ministry charters to all of God’s people everywhere around the world without much difficulty for them or us.

THE WORD OF GOD:

The Seed:

The seed Is the Word of God... (Luke 8:11)

The Scriptures: of the Old and New Testaments written in the original languages from which we get the Textus Receptous Greek text and ultimately the KJV, AKJV, KJVER
are the true Word of God, the foundation of Christian faith, understanding, life and ministry. The Scriptures are without error in the original languages and are not to be added to, taken away from, or changed by tradition or supposed revelation:

For ever, O Lord, thy Word is settled in Heaven. (Psalms 119:89)

TEXTUS RECEPTOUS:
(From the Latin language, meaning: "received text") is the name given to the succession of printed Greek texts of the New Testament which constituted the translation base for the original German Luther Bible, the translation of the New Testament into English by William Tyndale, the King James Version, and most other Reformation-era New Testament translations throughout Western and Central Europe. The series originated with the first printed Greek New Testament, published in 1516—a work undertaken in Basel by the Dutch Catholic scholar and humanist Desiderius Erasmus. Although based mainly on late manuscripts of the Byzantine text-type, Erasmus' edition differed markedly from the classic form of that text, and included some missing parts back translated from the Latin Vulgate.

THE TRIUNE GOD:

- He is The Lord of the Harvest

Pray ye therefore the Lord of the Harvest... (Matthew 9:38)

 - The Godhead consists of God the Father, God the Son Jesus Christ, and God the Holy Spirit (Ghost):

For there are three that bear record in Heaven, the Father, the Word and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one. (I John 5:8)

God The Father:

There is but one God, unlimited, eternal and perfect, Creator of Heaven and earth:

For thus saith the Lord that created the heavens; God Himself that formed the earth and made it; He hath established it, He created it not in vain; He formed it to be inhabited; I am the Lord, and there is none else. (Isaiah 45:18)

God The Son, Jesus Christ:

Jesus Christ was supernaturally conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary. He was the perfect sacrifice for the sin of all mankind through His death and the shedding of His blood. He arose from the dead in His own glorified body, appeared to many, ascended into Heaven, and will return to earth in power and glory. He is now the Head of His Body, the Church, victor over all the powers of darkness, and is at the right hand of God making intercession for believers:

Wherefore God also hath highly exalted Him, and given Him a name which is above every name: That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in Heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. (Philippians 2:9-11)

God The Holy Spirit (Ghost):

The Holy Spirit (aka: Holy Ghost) inspired the Word of God, anointed Jesus Christ for His ministry, filled the Church with Pentecostal power, and will transform the mortal bodies of believers in the glory of resurrection. The Holy Spirit convicts the world of sin, righteousness, and judgment, unites man to Jesus Christ in faith, brings about the new birth, and dwells within the believer. The Baptism of the Holy Spirit is available to all who believe in Jesus Christ and will be evidenced by the ability to be a powerful witness of our resurrected Lord as well as the confirming sign of Acts 2:4:

But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth. (Acts 1:8)

The gifts of the Spirit: are available to the believer through the ministry of the Holy Spirit, who bestows them on every man as He will:

But all these worketh that one and the selfsame Spirit, dividing to every man severally as He will. (I Corinthians 12:11)

The Holy Spirit: also makes possible the fruit of the Spirit, enabling the believer to grow in sanctification:

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance... (Galatians 5:22-23)

MAN:

- The Sower

Behold there went out a sower to sow. (Mark 4:3)

Man was created by God in the image and likeness of God:

Through the original sin of Adam and Eve, all men became sinful in nature. Man is totally incapable of returning to God in himself, and is lost without hope apart from the salvation of Jesus Christ:

And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit. Howbeit that was not first which is spiritual, but that which is natural; and afterward that which is spiritual. The first man is of the earth, earthy; the second man is the Lord from Heaven. (I Corinthians 15:45-47)

 SALVATION:

The Harvest:

But he that received seed into the good ground is he that heareth the Word, and understandeth it; which also beareth fruit...(Matthew 13:23)

Salvation: is the gift of God through grace and faith in Jesus Christ. There is no name except that of Jesus Christ by which mankind may be saved. By turning from sin, bringing forth the fruit of repentance, and trusting in Christ and His death for the sins of all, man is born again to eternal life by the Holy Spirit. Through this redemptive act comes forgiveness of sin, liberation from bondage of the world, and freedom in the Spirit of God.

For it is by free grace: (God's unmerited favor) that you are saved (delivered from judgment and made partakers of Christ's salvation) through (your) faith. And this (salvation) is not of yourselves--of your own doing, it came not through your own striving--but it is the gift of God; Not because of works (not of the fulfillment of the Law's demands), lest any man should boast.--It is not the result of what any one can possibly do, so no one can pride himself in it or take glory to himself. (Ephesians 2:8-9, The Amplified Bible)

THE CHURCH:

The Laborers:

Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest that He will send forth laborers into His harvest. (Matthew 9:38)

The Church: is the Body and Bride of Christ. The primary mission of the Church is to teach all nations and to make disciples, taking the Gospel of the Kingdom to all men and nations with confirming signs:

And He said to them, Go into all the world and preach and publish openly the good news (the Gospel) to every creature (of the whole human race). He who believes-- (that is,) who adheres to and trusts in and relies on the Gospel and Him Whom it sets forth--and is baptized will be saved (from the penalty of eternal death); but he who does not believe--who does not adhere to and trust in and rely on the Gospel and Him Whom it sets forth--will be condemned. And these attesting signs will accompany those who believe: In My name they will drive out demons; they will speak in new languages; they will pick up serpents, and (even) if they drink anything deadly, it will not hurt them; they will lay their hands on the sick, and they will get well. (Mark 16:15-18, The Amplified Bible)

THE CONSUMMATION:

The Final Harvest:

Thrust in thy sickle, and reap: for the time is come for thee to reap; for the harvest of the earth is ripe. (Revelation 14:15)

The consummation [the end]: of all things includes the visible and glorious return of Jesus Christ, the resurrection of the dead, and the translation of those alive in Christ unto the judgment of the just and the unjust. Satan with his hosts and all men outside Christ will be separated from the presence of God to endure eternal punishment while the redeemed will be in the presence of God for eternity:

But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope. For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with Him. For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep. For the Lord Himself shall descend from Heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first; Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air...  (I Thessalonians 4:13-17)

And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works. (Revelation 20:12)

In basic Christian scatological belief relating to Jesus’ return, His Second Coming and The Rapture, there are many main stream and non mainstream beliefs. This ministry chooses to adhere to none of those beliefs, but to only express what the Bible actually says about Jesus’ Second Coming and The Rapture:  We agree with those Scriptures listed above and add to them Matthew 24, I Cor 15:51-53, Mark 13, and Luke 21.

There is Pre-millennial, Post-millennial, and A-millennial. In Pre-millennial there are the most variances in belief, then comes Post-millennial, and lastly comes A-millennial. There is a raft of different beliefs. Which is correct? In this ministry we will adhere only to the one that declares Jesus’ return in an unknown time in the very near future. We are called to be ready and to occupy until He returns and not set dates and times or even seasons with assuredness, but only teach that Jesus will return at a very, very soon time. We are called to be ready and occupy only.

As far as Raptures go, here is our position, while the word Rapture is not in the Bible, we feel the concept and truth of it is. We therefore adhere to and teach a Rapture happening at a soon future date in accordance with Bible Scripture. We feel this could or will happen at or just before the Second Coming of Jesus. The concept of the rapture is taught in the Bible. We feel it is found in I Thessalonians chapter 4.  There will be a rapture. You nor I can eliminate the concept from the Word of God even though you may wish to try. Therefore, we will teach a rapture of the Church to happen at a very near future date,  We feel this date will be very, very soon.

The Amen - Full Gospel Fellowship International Free Church / Full Gospel / Pentecostal Belief Statements:

PLEASE NOTE:  THE LISTING BELOW IS MY PERSONAL DOCTRINAL STATEMENT AND BELIEFS
AND THOSE OF THE AMEN - FULL GOSPEL FELLOWSHIP INTERNATIONAL FREE CHURCH:

These tenets of Faith are consistent with virtually all Full Gospel/Pentecostal Beliefs and understandings throughout all Christendom from the ascension of Christ Jesus forward unto now.  If you call yourself Full Gospel and do not believe these tenets you are not Full Gospel!  You are something else and ought to refer to yourself as such.  You can say you are a Christian, but you cannot call yourself Full Gospel or Pentecostal unless you want to lie.  All Liars will not inherit the Kingdom of God.  Opps..., Bill! Too hard?  Nope... The truth is the truth.

There are four doctrines important to Full Gospels/Pentecostals and even basic Christianity, they are:  1. Jesus is coming back again.  He has not come back yet, but soon will.  2. You MUST be baptized in water fully submersed once you receive Christ into your life. Washing of the water by the Word is not water baptism.  3. All Christians should partake of Communion. Jesus said, “Do this as often as you do, in remembrance of Me.”  4.  Anoint with prayer oil, according to James chapter 5, all who are sick among you; call for the elders of the church.

PLEASE UNDERSTAND THIS: AS FAR AS ORDINATIONS, CHARTERS, ETC. IS CONCERNED, ALL THAT IS REQUIRED IS AGREEMENT WITH THE AFFORE MENTIONED BASIC NON-DENOMINATIONAL CHRISTIAN FULL GOSPEL BIBLE DOCTRINAL FAITH STATEMENT UNLESS YOU ALSO WISH TO AGREE WITH OUR FOLLOWING STATEMENTS, WHICH WE PRAY YOU DO.

THE DOCTRINE OF THE CROSS:

The doctrine of Jesus, Yahshua, dying on the Cross of Calvary and what He accomplished while there is the basis of everything we receive from God in all areas of our life and our authority in God to live and function as a child of God and minister of God victoriously. If the Cross is rejected or minimized to the extent of ineffectiveness or ridicule, then we have no hope in this life or the one to come. Rejection of the Cross constitutes apostasy. The apostle Paul said, "I know nothing among save Jesus Christ and Him crucified." If it was't for the Cross of Calvary and what happened there, we would all be lost. We must needs preach Jesus Christ and Him crucified as the Word says.

Our faith is in:

Jesus Christ,
The Cross of Jesus Christ,
the completed work of the Cross of Christ
and His Redemption,
Jesus Christ is the source,
the Cross is the means.

1.  GOD
We believe that there is only one true and living God, eternally existing in three Persons, namely, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We believe each is a distinct Person, but all of one essence and all having the same nature, perfections and attributes, and each is worthy of precisely the same worship, confidence, and obedience (Genesis 1:26, Jeremiah 10:10, Matthew 3:16-17, 28:19, I John 5:7)

2.  THE LORD JESUS CHRIST
We believe in the Deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His Virgin Birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious death and atonement through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal and literal second coming in power and glory. (Isaiah 7:14, Matthew 1:18-25, I Corinthians 15:3, Hebrews 4:15)

3.  THE HOLY GHOST (SPIRIT)
We believe that the Holy Ghost is the third Person of the Trinity, very God, existent with the Father and the Son. The Holy Ghost is the chief agent in regeneration, active in creation, conviction, preservation, sanctification and equipping the believer for a life of purity, power and service. We believe in the empowerment of the Holy Ghost working in the life of the believer. (See statement on The Promise of the Father) (Matthew 28:19, John 16:7-11, Acts 5:3-4, Romans 8:9, I Corinthians 12:12-14)

4.  THE SCRIPTURES INSPIRED
The Bible is the inspired Word of God, a revelation from God to men, the infallible rule of faith and conduct, and is superior to conscience and reason. (II Timothy 3:15-16, I Peter 2:2)

5.  CREATION
Creation of the existing space-time universe and all its basic systems and kinds of organisms in the six literal days of the creation week. (Genesis 1:1-31, Genesis 2:1-3)

6.  SATAN
The existence of a personal, malignant being called Satan who acts as tempter and accuser, for whom the place of eternal punishment was prepared, where all who die outside of Christ shall be confined in conscious torment for eternity. (II Corinthians 4:4, I Peter 5:8, Revelation 20:2)

7.  MAN, HIS FALL AND REDEMPTION
Man was created good and upright, for God said, "Let Us make man in Our image, after Our likeness". but man, by voluntary transgression fell and his only hope of redemption is in Jesus Christ, the Son of God. (Genesis 1:26-31, 3:1-7, Romans 5:12-21)

8.  THE SALVATION OF MAN
A) The conditions of salvation--the Grace of God, which bringeth salvation, hath appeared to all men, through the preaching of repentance toward God and faith toward the Lord Jesus Christ, Man is saved by the washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Ghost, and being justified by grace through faith, he becomes an heir of God according to the hope of eternal life. (Luke 24:47, Romans 10:9-15, Titus 2:11, I John 1:7-9)
B) The evidence of salvation--The inward evidence, to the believer of his salvation, is the direct witness of the Spirit (Romans 8:16), the outward evidence to all men is a life of righteousness and true holiness. (Hebrews 12:14)

9.  BAPTISM IN WATER
The ordinance of baptism by burial with Christ should be observed as commanded in the Scriptures, by all who have really repented and in their hearts have truly believed on Christ as Savior and Lord. (Matthew 28:19, Acts 10:47, Romans 6:4, Acts 20:21, Hebrews 10:22)

10.  THE LORD'S SUPPER
The Lord's Supper, consisting of the elements, bread and fruit of the vine, is the symbol expressing our sharing the divine nature of our Lord Jesus Christ (II Peter 1:4), a memorial of His suffering and death (I Corinthians 11:26), and a prophecy of His coming (I Corinthians 11:26), and is enjoined on all believers "until He comes".

11.  THE PROMISE OF THE FATHER
All believers are entitled to, and should ardently expect, and earnestly seek, the promise of the Father, the Baptism in the Holy Ghost and fire, according to the command of the Lord Jesus Christ. This was the normal experience of all in the early Christian Church. With it, or subsequent to it, comes the endowment of power for life and service, the bestowment of the Gifts and their uses in the work of the ministry (Luke 24:49, Acts 1:4, I Corinthians 12:1-31). This wonderful experience is distinct from and subsequent to the experience of the new birth. (Acts 10:44-46, 11:14-16, 15:7-9)

12.  THE EVIDENCE OF THE BAPTISM IN THE HOLY GHOST
The believer's Baptism in the Holy Ghost is witnessed by the physical sign of speaking with other tongues as the Spirit of God gives them utterance. (Acts 2:4)

13.  ENTIRE SANCTIFICATION
The Scriptures teach a life of Holiness without which no man shall see the Lord. By the power of the Holy Ghost we are able to obey the command, "Be ye Holy, for I am Holy." Entire sanctification is the will of God for all believers, and should be earnestly pursued by walking in obedience to God's Word. (Hebrews 12:14, I Peter 1:15-16, I Thessalonians 5:23-24, I John 2:6)

14.  THE CHURCH
The Church is the Body of Christ, the habitation of God through the Spirit, with divine appointments for the fulfillment of her great commission. Each believer, born of the Spirit, is an integral part of the General Assembly and Church of the First-born, which are written in Heaven. (Ephesians 1:22-23, 2:22, Hebrews 12:23)

15.  THE MINISTRY AND EVANGELISM
A divinely called and scripturally ordained ministry has been provided by our Lord for a two- fold purpose:
A) The evangelization of the world,
B) The edifying of the Body of Christ. (Mark 16:15-20, Ephesians 4:11-13)

16.  DIVINE HEALING
Deliverance from sickness is provided for in the atonement, and is the privilege of all believers. (Isaiah 53:4-5, Matthew 8:16-17)

17.  THE RAPTURE or BLESSED HOPE
The resurrection of those who have fallen asleep in Christ and their translation together with those who are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord is the blessed hope of the Church. (I Thessalonians 4:16-18, Romans 8:23, Titus 2:13, I Corinthians 15:51-52, Revelation 11:15)

18.  THE MILLENNIAL REIGN OF JESUS
The revelation of the Lord Jesus Christ from Heaven, the salvation of national Israel, and the millennial reign of Christ on the earth is the scriptural promise and the world's hope. (Revelation 19:11-14, Revelation 20:1-7)

19.  THE LAKE OF FIRE
The devil and his angels, the Beast and the false prophet, and whosoever is not found written in the Book of Life, shall be consigned to everlasting punishment in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone, which is the second death. (Revelation 19:20, Revelation 20:10-15)

20.  THE NEW HEAVENS AND NEW EARTH
We, "according to His promise look for new heavens and a new earth wherein dwelleth righteousness." (II Peter 3:13, Revelation 21:22)

These Tenets of Faith before listed, although not complete, are consistent with all Full Gospel/Pentecostal Beliefs and understandings.   It just so happens that most all these tenets are consistent with most Christian churches and denominations as well.  There are some minor beliefs of some denominations and churches that may differ, but most all of these tenets are just basic Christian first principle beliefs.  IF YOU ARE FULL GOSPEL AND DO NOT BELIEVE IN THESE TENETS, YOU ARE PROBABLY NOT FULL GOSPEL! YOU ARE OF SOME OTHER FAITH, ALBEIT PROBABLY CHRISTIAN, BUT NOT FULL GOSPEL.  GOD BLESS YOU!
